Tomorrow, verdict.

The famous broken roof rack may finally find redemption.

The solution seems good, the parts are there, ingenuity is in the air... but with mechanics (and Iceland in your sights), you can never swear to anything.

If all goes well, this will be a real milestone.

And right after: the tests.

🧭 You will need to:

Re-install and test the roof tent in real conditions, Open the bags forgotten since the trip to Iceland in 2016 (a little emotion, a little black sand), Check the trekking tent, the sleeping mats, the stove, the solar shower, the insulating floor, and… everything else that we forget until the crucial moment.

True luxury isn't comfort. It's the certainty that everything works when you need it, at midnight, in the drizzle, 4 km from the slightest shelter.

A little more patience, a few more screws to tighten,

and Inkavik will finally get closer to the road.

See you tomorrow for the rest.
